Which flavor did you go for?
I picked the Sweet & Smoky Chipotle Pinto Beans flavor. I really like the bold taste, the right level of spiciness, and great texture of the beans being the correct tenderness. I like that it does not have high fructose corn syrup and uses brown sugar to sweeten the beans which is how it should be.
How do you plan to serve them?
I made these beans as a side dish to a pork shoulder I slow cooked all day long. The combination of the meat with the beans was great. These would make for a really nice side dish to other BBQ main dishes, such as ribs.
