Cuts Decades of Brake Dust in Just One Pass

In Partnership with Eagle One

We talked to Philip from SC and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us about your dream road trip.

A
My dream has always been to travel around America living in a stealth camper van. I could visit friends and family living all across the country without worry of paying rent or having grass to cut. I would pass my time working odd jobs and watching movies in the back of the van logged onto free WiFi at various retailers.
Q
What kind of car guy are you?

A
I’ve always been the type of guy who does everything himself. I love working under the hood, doing my own tune ups, brakes, oil changes, etc. I keep my vehicles neat and organized.
Q
Describe how the wheels and tires on your car looked before using Eagle One.

A
I chose the Eagle One A27 All Wheel & Tire Cleaner because I wondered if it would be successful at cleaning of the twenty some plus years of brake dust and grime. I doubted the product would work at all on the dark rust colored rims. The product did require a little scrubbing but after the first pass I was surprised to find out the rims that I always thought were rusty steel were actually shiny aluminum alloy underneath all the grime. I’m sure that after one or two more passes the rims will be spotlessly new looking.
Q
How’d your wheels and tires look after using Eagle One?

A
I’d say there was at least a tenth of an inch of grime coating my rims. I sprayed all the rims and tires down and gave them a light brushing to spread out the foam then sat down and smoked a cigarette. After I finished smoking, I washed the rims off with a hose while lightly brushing off years of grime. My dark rust colored rims quickly turned shiny silver. The whole process was quick and very little work.

Eagle One Tire Cleaner made realize the rims that I thought were cheap rusty steel were actually shiny aluminum alloy.
