Damon Pierce:  Honestly very good soy sauce, I can't believe it's out of Texas, USA!!! I'm keeping it.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste?
Damon Pierce:  Citrus & oily finish.

Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Damon Pierce:  Citrusy with a little bit of garlic kick and oily at the end. When mixed with food it doesn't taste too salty at all.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Damon Pierce:  Interesting to see what it will be like to cook with. Probably cooks very well. Definitely going to sprinkle it on top of the eggrolls. No longer using soy from the packets! Will bring this in the wife's purse if we have to.
