James: Tonight, I am making Korean short ribs in an Instant pot. The recipe calls for soy sauce and minced garlic. After tasting the Ink Soy Sauce with infused garlic sesame, I am going to substitute both the soy sauce and minced garlic with the Ink Soy Sauce.
