Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Rob: I would use the sauce as a marinade for a chicken dish. I've been thinking about making an Asian fried chicken and would use this sauce as my Asian flavor. Basically marinate the chicken for a long time and then put together a panko batter that would also contain some of the Ink Soy Sauce to further enhance the flavor.
