Sometimes, companies just get it right. See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and simple to use-- dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to John from GA and here's what he had to say:
How would you describe the soy sauce in one word?
In one line how would you describe the soy sauce?
A unique, real Asian flavored soy sauce that is perfect for all types of seasoning.
What leading flavor do you taste?
Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Sweet and tangy with a spicy, chili flavor.
How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
I would use Ink Thai Chili Soy Sauce to make Soy-Roasted Shrimp. I will put a pack (1 pound) of raw Peeled, Deveined, Tail-off shrimp in a pan and add 6 tablespoons Ink Thai Chili Soy Sauce along with 4 tablespoons olive oil and 25 grams of broken cashew pieces, cook until the shrimp is deep brown and gets crispy. This will be a great snack or a starter or we can mix it with fried noodles or fried rice and have it as a meal.
Thanks for your feedback, John, glad you liked it.
