Sometimes, companies just get it right. See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and simple to use-- dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Robert from SC and here's what he had to say:
Q: How would you describe the soy sauce in one word?
Q: In one line how would you describe the soy sauce?
Robert: Ink Soy Sauce has a very bold flavor with a nice balance of garlic and sesame, which will blend well with many foods.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste?
“Ink Soy Sauce has a very bold flavor with a nice balance of garlic and sesame, which will blend well with many foods.”
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Robert: Upon initial tasting, garlic is more pronounced, but then the sesame comes through as an undertone flavor.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Robert: I will use Ink Soy Sauce when I make sautéed shrimp with California vegetables. I will cook the vegetables until they are almost fork tender and then add about 2 tablespoons of Ink Soy Sauce. I will immediately add the shrimp and cover for 1 minute. After that I will stir and serve over a bed of rice.
