Michael: Intense, slightly smoky, light-you-up taste.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Michael: I think it would be a great addition to chicken salad, maybe add it to beans to make western beans. It does not have the "soy taste" so it would be useful in dishes other than oriental dishes.
