Tim: I taste smoky roasted garlic with a light sesame taste (but still traditional soy sauce flavors).
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Tim: The unexpected delight of garlic and sesame brings a new exciting taste to my carefully prepared dishes.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Tim: I don't have much time in my life to prepare interesting Chinese dishes so I rely on take out and store bought microwave prepared foods. They get quite boring, but this sauce brings new exciting life to some previously boring dishes.
