Justin: I can taste chili paste and pepper.

Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Justin: I will use the Thai Chili soy sauce to test some rice and noodle recipes I've saved. I think a little amount could go a long way in some pulled pork/chicken recipes too.
