Q: In one line how would you describe the soy sauce?
Eric: Excellent soy sauce taste with just the right amount of Thai chili spice that I've always been looking for.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste?
Eric: You first get the soy sauce flavor with a hint of sweet Thai chili, and then shortly after, there is a little kick of the spicy heat from the chilis. The aftertaste, a while after that, leaves a nice mixture of all the flavors. It's not too spicy (for me, but I love spicy), but lives up to the "ROBUST HEAT" as advertised on the bottle. Perfection.
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Eric: Starts off slightly sweet, and then very quickly turns into a nice spicy flavor.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Eric: I can think of many ways to use this particular soy sauce. One that I will try first is to add it to some BBQ pulled pork to give it an extra kick, and the soy sauce will balance out the sweetness of the BBQ sauce. I might even try it as a dip for some plain and unseasoned fries.
