Sometimes, companies just get it right. See: Ink. Ink soy sauce is delicious and simple to use-- dash, drizzle, pour, dunk. From stir-fry to burgers to marinades to dipping sauces to salad dressings, every drop of Ink soy sauce brings more to the table, grill and wok than any other soy sauce. Each bottle is concocted from real ingredients, and crafted in small batches with naturally brewed non-GMO soy sauce.
We talked to Timothy from OK and here's what he had to say:
Q: How would you describe the soy sauce in one word?
Q: In one line how would you describe the soy sauce?
Timothy: It’s a great combination of that crisp and clean saltiness that only comes from good soy sauce, alongside the earthy, nasal-driven, intense heat that is the obvious marker of wasabi.
“It’s a great combination of that crisp and clean saltiness that only comes from good soy sauce, alongside the earthy, nasal-driven, intense heat that is the obvious marker of wasabi.”
Q: What leading flavor do you taste?
Timothy: Wasabi, soy, salt and umami.
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Timothy: It’s the salty goodness, laced with a wasabi back, that we all come to love and later chase in a good Japanese dinner.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Timothy: I will warm it up and add a dash of lime and cilantro for a perfect dipping sauce for fried gyoza. I will also use it as the base marinade for my next batch of homemade beef jerky.
