Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Timothy: It’s the salty goodness, laced with a wasabi back, that we all come to love and later chase in a good Japanese dinner.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Timothy: I will warm it up and add a dash of lime and cilantro for a perfect dipping sauce for fried gyoza. I will also use it as the base marinade for my next batch of homemade beef jerky.
