Robert: The Thai Chili flavor is a bit hotter than I expected so I would use it in small amounts, but I think it has good flavor and it will add some nice heat to our Asian cooking.

Robert: I can identify clearly the Thai chili taste, along with the heat that hits your mouth immediately.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Robert: I think Ink Soy Sauce would add nice flavor to a lot of our cooking. I would use it with other ingredients to marinate fish, chicken or pork, as well as adding it to flavor stir-fry or other Asian dishes that we prepare.
