Jason: The unmistakable taste of soy, combined with a traditional-tasting blend of sriracha like spices and Thai heat.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Jason: I will probably replace my usual soy and wasabi mix for future Sushi endeavors. I think that Ink's Thai Chili soy sauce will also pair perfectly with tempura of any kind!
