Kelly: I definitely taste the sesame, and the garlic is (thankfully) understated.
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Kelly: Garlic Sesame Sou Sauce has a distinctive flavor, in that it's not overpowering, instead focusing on the sesame notes, instead of the typically overused garlic.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Kelly: I would use this flavor of soy sauce to marinate chicken breasts before grilling and then serving with grilled squash and pea pods. Otherwise, because the flavors are understated (in a good way), I would use this to stir-fry chicken and vegetable or to add to a spring roll filling recipe.
