Ernie: Ink Soy Sauce adds a bit of a tang to my food, but is milder than other soy sauces I've used.

Ernie: When I taste the sauce, there's not a salty taste like other sauces, even the low sodium versions are saltier than Ink.
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Ernie: A mild, tangy flavor that complements my chicken well.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Ernie: I think I'll use it as a substitute ingredient to replace paprika or chili powder in some recipes. I'll likely use it as an additive in store-bought soups, as they tend to be bland in my experience. I may try using it as a flavor enhancement in baking, rather than vanilla extract.
