Adam: I would use Ink Sesame and Garlic Soy Sauce to marinate a pork tenderloin. It would also be a great flavor enhancer to stir-fried vegetables. I would also use Ink Sesame and Garlic Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce for dumplings.
