We talked to Stephen from TX and here's what he had to say:
Q: How would you describe the soy sauce in one word?
Q: In one line how would you describe the soy sauce?
Stephen: The INK soy sauce has a good aroma, the right balance of sweetness and salty, not too much salt like the other soy sauce. The wasabi flavor and taste is spot on, but for me I would prefer a little bit more kick coming from the wasabi. Maybe in the future there would be different levels of spiciness from mild, medium to hot.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste?
Stephen: Wasabi and Soy Sauce
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Stephen: The combination between wasabi and soy sauce is spot on!
“The combination between wasabi and soy sauce is spot on!”
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Stephen: I will definitely use this as the condiment for sushi, I would also use it for meat/seafood marinade. I may buy the Thai chili flavor to make michiladas.
