We talked to Michael from TX and here's what he had to say:
Q: How would you describe the soy sauce in one word?
Q: In one line how would you describe the soy sauce?
Michael: It’s a better tasting soy sauce because of the great garlic taste and it’s not to hot or mild it’s just right.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste?
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
Michael: The flavor is sweet sesame with a touch of garlic for those who don’t like something spicy.

Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
Michael: I would mix it in with my lo mein and or egg drop soup. Would also be great when making some types of chicken add the soy sauce to it for flavor.
