We talked to James from NC and here's what he had to say:
Q: How would you describe the soy sauce in one word?
Q: In one line how would you describe the soy sauce?
James: A garlicky aroma with a touch of sesame that teases the pallet and excites the mind.
Q: What leading flavor do you taste?
James: I taste a good deal of garlic, but then a strong after taste of sesame.
“A garlicky aroma with a touch of sesame that teases the pallet and excites the mind.”
Q: Can you describe the flavor in one sentence?
James: The flavor is one of garlic tones which are strong and bold, with an even more intoxicating blend of sesame.
Q: How did you use or how would you use INK Soy Sauce in the future?
James: I would use this soy sauce in a few different ways. The first being in a somen salad. A second way I would use it is as a complimentary dipping sauce for my mango.
