Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Matthew B.: The broth has a nice consistency. The initial flavor is beef, with a spicy heat, of a chili pepper finish. The noodles are firm yet tender which I like very much. The combination of the spicy beef broth with the noodles is delicious.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Matthew B.: To use it as meal starter or to enhance the product, I would add thin slices of beef and snow peas. Which would create a heartier meal to take it from a quick soup to a more well rounded entree.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Matthew B.: What I like most about the Shin Cup was the overall flavor and heat. Most other similar products do not compare in flavor. Usually the overwhelming flavor is salt, this product has a nice balance of flavors with the salt level being minimal.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Matthew B.: It is Incredibly easy to prepare. All I did was have to boil water in the stove top.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Matthew B.: I would describe the heat level as perfect if you enjoy something spicy.
