Deliciously spicy and perfectly affordable, the Nongshim Shin Cup is an ideal pick for on-the-go eating. You'll love the bright, satisfying heat and mix of flavors in this gourmet ramen. It's a quick-prepare soup that's just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to David P. from FL about Nongshim and here's what he had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
David P.:  This is definitely a spicy flavored noodle soup and is really good. The red chili flavor is very apparent as like I said it came across noticeably spicy. The noodles are good and similar to other products like this. The carrots and mushrooms were great as they really seemed fresh. As I continue to eat I am noticing that the portions are large, in other words a lot of noodles. I really enjoyed this and would buy again!
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
David P.:  I would love to see it have a few more vegetables as they were very good. Also I would think it would be better a little less spicy, I could see how some people wouldn't like how strong the red chili is.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
David P.:  I like the vegetables the most. They were really fresh. I also liked he portion size. There are a lot of noodles and sometimes with these products it seems like mostly broth and not much noodles, that is definitely not the case with Shin Cup.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
David P.:  The preparation for this product is very easy and simple. I followed the very easy to understand directions and it was just a couple of steps and was ready very quickly.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
David P.:  I would say that the product temperature is perfect for soup, not too hot or cold. The spiciness is a little strong, I like it but I could see how some might say it is too spicy.
