We talked to Phil b from CA about Nongshim and here's what he had to say:


Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Phil b:  The sauce is a little sweet with a hot chillie taste but spicy. My noodles turned out very soft with a nice color. I did enjoy the bits of mushroom and green onion - wish they would have added more of that.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Phil b:  I would probly add shrimp to my noodles and more green onion. Soy sauce is a must for me. Not sure about making anything else with it. It's good by itself.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Phil b:  The spicy flavor. The vegetable content and softness of the noodles. I really liked it.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Phil b:  I boiled hot water, poured it in, closed the lid, let sit for one minute, and Bam ready to eat. Awesome for a fast snack and lunch.

Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Phil b:  The spicy flavor of my noodles was perfect. The texture is excellent, along with my mushroom and green onion. Wow.
