Deliciously spicy and perfectly affordable, the Nongshim Shin Cup is an ideal pick for on-the-go eating. You'll love the bright, satisfying heat and mix of flavors in this gourmet ramen. It's a quick-prepare soup that's just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to Steven L from IL about Nongshim and here's what he had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Steven L:  These noodles are incredibly tasty and delicious. The broth added a nice touch of a spicy seasoning to the noodles. The noodles were smooth and had a cream-like taste which I really enjoyed! Overall, the noodles were very appetizing. I've had just regular Ramen noodles before, but this is way better! I think I've found my new favorite noodles!

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Steven L:  I would add more vegetables in the Shin Cup. There are very few, but it needs more. Also, an option with shrimp in it would be fantastic. I would make mine with shrimp or chicken.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Steven L:  The thing I liked most about the Shin Cup was how spicy the noodles were. I like my food very spicy and this was spicier than most ramen noodles I've tried.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Steven L:  I prepared it via the microwave option and it was very simple. Take off the lid, add the flavor packet and water, and pop it into the microwave. 3 minutes later, my meal was ready! It was very easy and convenient to prepare. The cup makes it very easy to take on the go.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Steven L:  The noodles were pretty hot, so if you don't like hot stuff, stay away. But if you like stuff hot, you need to try these noodles.
