We talked to James A from WA about Nongshim and here's what he had to say:
Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
James A: This was very good, spicy but good. I tasted green onion, red chilli and good beef flavor. The noodles were not too soggy with a nice texture. The broth tastes like it has taken days to make, very tasty.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
James A: I think a good addition would be a chicken flavored one. I like to add an egg in mine when it is cooking as well. I have also found if you add some meat and veggies it can make a nice stir fry.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
James A: I enjoyed this a lot more than the normal ramen. the noodles are far superior in flavor and texture. The broth has a very deep flavor as well which surpasses all other instant ramen noodles by far.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
James A: The cup was very easy to prepare. I made it in my microwave with very little effort. I would choose this for an on the go option.

Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
James A: This product has a very nice level of heat with a very subtle burn in the back of your throat afterwards. At no point does the heat overpower your palate and burn out the flavor of the actual food.
