Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Ra√∫l Hidalgo: These noodles are not for the faint at heart. The noodles are soft and chewy, and your taste buds will really enjoy the explosive taste of chili pepper, while the mild beef flavor will soften the punch. You can really taste the mushrooms when chewing into the bits of shiitake. If you enjoy spicy food you'll really enjoy the heat that these noodles provide.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Ra√∫l Hidalgo: To get these noodles up to the next level I cracked an egg and poured it inside. Cooked it with the noodles by stirring every few seconds. Adds protein to the meal and makes it more filling.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Ra√∫l Hidalgo: I really enjoy spicy foods and found the heat from these noodles to be a treat. While hot, the spiciness is not over powering and the flavor of the red chilies, mushrooms and the beef broth can still be appreciated.

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Ra√∫l Hidalgo: I opened the cup added water to the fill line and cracked an egg open in it. Heated in the microwave for three minutes stirring it every few seconds to mix the egg and the spices evenly.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Ra√∫l Hidalgo: Explosive, yet tasty. A flavorful combination of soft chewy noodles, beef, shiitake mushrooms and torching green chilies.
