We talked to Jordan M from CA about Nongshim and here's what he had to say:
Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Jordan M: The noodles have a nice soft, but not rubber texture, both not like a regular cup of noodles that just taste fake. The broth tastes rich and not like water with a sauce packet, which is surprising. I would definitely buy again.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Jordan M: I have always been a fan of making regular cup of noodles with steamed vegetables, but I'm glad now I have found a much better noodle that tastes like it's made from scratch.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Jordan M: The texture of the noodles, the smell. Pretty much different in every way from the other noodles. I also like that packaging much better. it seems fun and colorful were as ramen noodle is bland and boring.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Jordan M: I boiled hit water on the stove then once it was boiling I out the noodles in. I'm left them in there until they were sold and the perfect texture. then I put them In a strainer and rinsed them off. Finally, I mixed in my veggies and that's dinner.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Jordan M: I would say that it's got a little kick to it but nothing to make you not want to finish it. it has more of a flavorful heat, not a miserable one.
