Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Robert H.: I've always been a fan of Nongshim Noodle Soup, since I was a kid. The ability to make my own hot meal was an awesome skill to have and it made me feel like a grown-up. Now that I'm middle aged, I still appreciate the simple cooking directions, but the unique texture of the slightly firm, almost crunchy noodles, against the bold savory flavor of the broth is delightful. From pantry to table in mere minutes, this delectable soup is so simple a kid can make it, yet it wouldn't be out of place in any of the world's finest restaurants.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Robert H.: Nongshim noodles are great all alon , but if you want something more substantial, they enhance almost anything. I like a mixed vegetable and sausage tossed in or some baby shrimp and scallops, but my favorite is some chopped ham with broccoli.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Robert H.: The Nongshim Noodles have more flavor than other ramen. The bold taste makes other ramen noodles taste like they're in nothing but warm bathwater.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Robert H.: You can enjoy Nongshim Noodles anywhere that has a coffee maker. Just pour in some hot water and let it sit for a couple of minutes and you've got a meal fit for a king.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Robert H.: The Nongshim Noodles are not for the weak or faint of heart. These noodles let you know that they mean business right from the start. The first bite is barely in your mouth when you feel the first of the heat start to build, and it doesn't let up until you finish the whole cup.
