Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Chris H.:  The broth has a rich, beef flavor and mild spiciness that's not overwhelming. The noodles are delicious and have a soft texture that compliments the broth. The onion and mushroom added to the overall flavor. The soup tastes great and is perfect for lunch, dinner or quick snack.

Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Chris H.:  I would add some tomato flavor to the broth and a little more spice. It's perfect to eat alone or I would add it to vegetables when making a larger dish.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Chris H.:  I particularly liked the spiciness. Other soups I've had do not have any spice. Also, the Shin Cup tasted less salty than other ramen noodles I've ate.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Chris H.:  I prepared it by first adding the spice packet and then pouring hot water into the cup. A use a small piece of clear tape to keep the lid down while it sits. Overall, the soup was very easy and quick to make.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Chris H.:  I would definitely recommend the Shin Cup. The level of spiciness was about a 4 out of 10.
