Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
David M.: The broth is spicy, yet flavorful and not too spicy. The noodles are firm and slightly thicker, but not too firm, and not overly soft like other similar products. The flavor is powerful, but there is no aftertaste. It is very satisfying!
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
David M.: I would supplement the Shin Cup with small, cooked shrimps. Additionally, I would serve Shin Cup with pita chips and a cold beverage.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
David M.: The noodles are thicker and more firm. The taste is strong but enjoyable. Shin Cup is not as salty tasting as other ramen noodle dishes. It is also larger and more filling and worth every penny.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
David M.: I prepared Shin Cup with boiling water. It was very simple to prepare. It would be great for lunch at work. Shin Cup could be easily taken anywhere.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
David M.: The heat level is initially strong, but not over bearing. The spice level is perfect in my opinion. There is no intense after taste.
