Deliciously spicy and perfectly affordable, the Nongshim Shin Cup is an ideal pick for on-the-go eating. You'll love the bright, satisfying heat and mix of flavors in this gourmet ramen. It's a quick-prepare soup that's just as good at home (with extras like a cracked egg and veggies) as it is on your lunch break (ready in a flash). All you have to do is wait for 3 minutes — stir well + serve. These shin cups are versatile and so simple to make.

We talked to Jason H. from TX about Nongshim and here's what he had to say:

Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Jason H.:  Great smooth and spicy soup that fills you up when you are on the go, while touching your lips with a bit of fire and spice! Shin Noodle Soup definitely is the leader in quick noodle soup, tops all the competition, and has the best flavor. Do yourself and favor and ditch all the other quick made noodle soups and go for the best.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Jason H.:  When you are on the go or in a hurry I would add extra vegetables to Shin Cup to make it fun and take advantage of the spicy flavor. If you have some time add this soup as a base for your chicken bowl.
Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Jason H.:  Shin Cup is better than the ramen competition with flavor, size, and texture. The quantity of dried vegetables and the amount in the flavor packet beats other ramen.
“Shin Noodle Soup definitely is the leader in quick noodle soup.”

Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Jason H.:  The Shin Cup is quick and easy to prepare with easy to follow directions. I prefer to remove the top, add water, and microwave to allow for the easiest preparation, all you need is a spoon!
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Jason H.:  Be warned if you are faint of heart and fear spice and flavor. Do not purchase this soup if you do not like spicy, it definitely awakens the senses.
