Q: Describe the different flavor notes that you taste in the broth, the texture of the noodles, and overall taste of the noodles in the broth.
Richard U.: The taste wakes you up immediately, since it's quite spicy and the chili pepper flavor hits you in the back of the throat right away quickly warming you up inside. The addition of scallions adds crunchines and the noodles add substance to something light. The broth is subtle and is experienced after the spiciness starts to fade and that is where the ginger begins to help your overall circulation become more noticeable. Great for lunch and afternoon pick me up or even dinner possibly.
Q: How would you choose to enhance your mealtime experience of the Shin Cup (e.g. what would you add to it, or what recipes would you make with it)?
Richard U.: I would add an egg to the soup and let it cook inside to make it more hearty. Also, I would enjoy sliced steak after cooking it on the grill especially during the fall while watching football.

Q: What did you like most about the Shin Cup, and how does it differ from other ramen you’ve tried?
Richard U.: The noodles are real and thick so they don't disolve and you have something to chew on throughout your meal. Also, the cup is larger compared to others and you get more filled up substantially here.
Q: Describe how you prepared the Shin Cup, the level of convenience in preparing it, and your thoughts on its ease of preparation on-the-go.
Richard U.: The soup was prepared according to the directions by first adding the base and then the boiling water up until the line inside, which was fast and easy. This process makes the product great for taking to work or school regularly.
Q: If you were recommending this product to someone else, how would you describe the level of heat and general spiciness?
Richard U.: The soup is very spicy and great for people who like it that way normally.
