I chose My Brother's Salsa Black Bean & Corn. Great light but crisp flavors coming from the corn and spices. Mild heat and the texture is refreshing unlike most heavy tomato-based salsas. This is a go-to salsa when you want to impress your guests and their tastebuds. Go for it!
His Take On The All-Natural Ingredients
Being health-aware and a label reader I am impressed at the flavors coming from all natural ingredients. Less sugars and sodium than what one normally finds in a good salsa.
What Craig Would Make With My Brother’s Salsa
I'm going to place it on grilled chicken as it has a Costa Rican flavor to it that is often paired with chicken. That is if there's any left after consuming it with chips.
Why he Would Serve It
A family meal with chicken grilled outdoors and a generous covering of salsa right out of the jar piled on top will be a hit for all. The change in textures along with the fancy dish appearance will be a hit. Can't wait!
