In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Will from WA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
The best way to prepare eggs is simple, a fried egg with a runny yoke. Just poke your fork into the yoke and watch it spread all over your food infusing it the that fresh eggy favor. It’s so good on everything.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would like to try the Rocky Sunrise Bacon and Egg Burger, nothing it better that bacon, eggs, and beef. I serve it at home for lunch or dinner after a hard day, because a delicious treat like that deserves to be earned.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
Free-range egg are a must for me. I hate to think that hens are stuck in a coop in poop without a place to roost. If we want great food we need to keep our hens healthy, plus no animal deserves to be suffering just to make a quick buck. It’s just wrong.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
I live around and know several farmers, so the decision to use family owned farms helps my friends thrive in life.
