The Free Range Experiment

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Marc from AR and here’s what he had to say:

Marc's New Year’s Resolution
My resolution is nothing specific, but I want to get outdoors more with the family.
His Healthy Recipe, Made With Happy Eggs
I actually just love fried eggs (over easy with some toast or bagel). I eat this as a meal or snack regularly.
Why he Thinks You’d Like It Too...
First of all, I think it is one of the easiest “cooked” meals or snacks you can do. It is also versatile because you can add or subtract the number of eggs depending on how hungry you are. Also, eggs and bread tend to be stocked so it is always an option.
Marc On Cage-Free vs. Pasture Raised Free Range
I had heard the difference before but never thought too much about the specifics. I see how free range is healthier for the chicken, but I also have never really been someone that was conscientious of how chickens are taken care of. I guess I am neutral on the whole thing.
I did love the eggs...mostly because the yolk is richer and more flavorful when just eating fried eggs.
