GEAR FOOD HOME GROOMING STYLE ABOUT

Richness in my yolk.

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Vinnie from AZ and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I prepared the eggs “Thai Style”. Started out with a medium 9″-10″ frying pan on the stove. After 1 teaspoon of butter and 1/3 cup oil added to pan, I set heat to medium high on a gas stove. Waited till the temperature of the oil reached a medium high heat, then cracked the eggs over the hot oil. As it blistered away the color of the yolk appeared rich in flavor and nutrients. It took less then 3 minutes to cook including flipping a few times carefully not to splatter hot oil. After removing on to a paper towel and let cool, I had fried eggs over white rice topped with drizzle of Sweet Chile Sauce. These eggs were so delicious. It reminds me of the fresh eggs consumed as a kid from our neighbors chickens.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I was not aware of hen welfare. I learn and am more interested in our diet as my immediate family finds this most important. Of course I feel this is important to animals such as hen. A human usually do his best when happy at work. Not upset with something reflecting on productivity.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
Deviled eggs cooked by my sister in law is a must. I will purchase Happy Eggs for her to show that price reflects the care and delivery of this product for it to be the best.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
This has to be the Christmas party in Bangkok, where I was Santa Claus. My future wife was a co-worker who was at this company party. It was so much appreciated by most.
Its flavor is as rich as the color of its yolk.
