No Cage Is The Only Cage

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Brandon from OR and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I used Happy Eggs to make an egg and bacon sandwich with two eggs done over easy, bacon fully cooked but not crunchy, and toasted bread and mayonnaise. it is one of my favorite breakfast foods and it tasted great.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think it is a great thing to have space for the chickens to be able to move freely and run around. I don’t think that any animal deserves to be treated inhumanely.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I would make my favorite deviled eggs. I would share it with my family because we used to have chickens that provided us with eggs but we no longer have that so it would be nice to have some high-quality eggs.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
My favorite holiday memory was when I was in Middle School and I was with my family: my mom, my brother, my sister, and my stepdad. It had just snowed and we were sledding down this large hill across from our house. It was one of the first times that we did something really fun with the man who ended up becoming our stepdad.
Free range is the only range for Happy Eggs.
