Local man enjoys free range eggs in omlette form.

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Jeff from WA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I made a shrimp, mushroom and cheese omlette with a frying pan. The omlette was flavorful and the eggs were consistent with what I expect from eggs, a good accompanyment to the other food items.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I feel good about buying food that isn’t from a factory farm where hens are cooped up with little space to move. I had some hen welfare knowledge, but not specifically regarding this brand.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I would use Happy Eggs for salads or to make holiday cookies. I may be using them to make pumpkin bread. I would share these items with my parents and brother.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
My favorite holiday memories were as a child wondering what Santa would get me for Christmas. It was fun to just be on the getting end of gifts. I was with my family, usually home for the holidays, and a trip to my late grandma.
Happy Eggs found a home in a happy tummy after a less than happy day.
