Keep It Simple, Stay Happy

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to John from WY and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I like to fry my eggs over easy because I want the yolk runny and I can dip my rye toast in it. I add a little bit of salt for flavor and it is perfect.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I love a good deviled egg so I will definitely make those. They are a great snack for company or when I want a quick and easy meal on the go.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I like the idea of Happy Egg hens being able to run free. They are going to be much happier and healthier as opposed to being kept in cramped cages where they can’t move around. I think free-range just eggs taste better.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
I think it is a wonderful idea. As a former small business owner I think that it is important to support the local community. It just makes life better for everyone involved.
Happy Eggs are Happiness in a carton.
