I'm Happy With Happy Egg

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Thomas from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I personally enjoy cooking my eggs in the morning with a generous amount of ghee or grass fed butter. I usually sauté bell peppers and tomatoes and add that to the mix.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
The Rocky Sunrise Bacon and Egg Burger would be my first pick! I would pick it because it reminds me of my favorite breakfast sandwiches at various breakfast-serving fast-food joints. Such a recipe would be a real party pleaser; I know everyone would eat it!
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
Happy Egg’s commitment to raising pasture-raised, free-range hens is the main reason why I am committed to purchasing Happy Egg over brands. You can tell the difference with how Happy Egg treats their hens in the eggs that they produce: robust, brown, and full of flavor!
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
Supporting small family farms is one of the keys to keeping this country intact. I just read the other day that rising sea-levels threaten over 70% of Northwest California’s (Humboldt County) agriculture! I know also that there are organizations that want to shut down family farms across the USA. Growing up in Kansas, I saw first hand how much small family farms are desperately in need of support. Why support them? They produce better tasting, healthier products!

When life gets scrambled, you need to stay happy: have a Happy Egg!
