Healthy Hens Aren't Just Green, But Sustainable

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Eduardo from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I like to prepare eggs boiled and tossed into an egg salad with mayonnaise, cilantro, potatoes (boiled and cubed), mixed up and served chilled. It’s delicious and it’s a great side for any dish.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
The rocky sunrise bacon and egg burger sounds really good to serve in the morning since pancakes and waffles are getting a bit normal. Something new would be different on the weekends. With bacon, it just would feel yummy in the morning.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
Healthy and happy hens would mean delicious and healthy eggs for consumption. The body needs natural products without pesticides. We need to go back to the basics of coexisting with nature.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
Supporting small business and families is a good way for everyone to live in a healthy environment since they all can survive with a good wage. Dollars get invested into our own communities.
Happy Eggs are healthy for farmers, hens, families and the environment.
