Happy Holidays Celebrated!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to David from AZ and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I separated the egg white front the yolk to make an egg white omelet. I choose to prepare this as it is my favorite egg dish. The flavor was very good as the eggs were more fresh than normal eggs that are from a store brand label.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I was aware of hen welfare as far as cafe fee and chicken cope goes. I like Happy Egg treats their hens with love and their treatment is good by the highest standards it makes me feel good that hens have really ground to move around and be free rather than locked up in a cage.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
While I’m not a fan of eggnog I think I would use happy eggs to make eggnog during the holidays for my family and friends who do like eggnog. I think using these eggs would make for a better eggnog than buying eggnog that is already made.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
My favorite holiday memory comes from a year I was traveling soon after Christmas and because of that my dad did not put up a tree. My friend would not stand for that though and sent me a small tree so I would have something to look of Christmas in my house. It meant a lot for my friend to do that it made Christmas morning much more memorable.
Happy memories made for happy holidays with the love and care my friends give me.
