How Jamie has Prepared His Eggs
I fried them in a skillet turning them to cook on both sides leaving the yolk runny served on toast with a little salt and pepper. Really nice colorful yolk. This is the way I like to cook eggs they were very flavorful.
His Perfect Pairing…
I put eggs on whole wheat toast with real butter. I use a little salt and pepper for taste. I find it’s a healthy way to eat eggs simple because i enjoy the flavour of eggs.
Jamie’s Thought’s on Free Range
According to the graphic there is little difference between caged, cage free and organic free range. I feel free range is better for the Hens and closer to a small farm with a field and a small coupe.
Jamie’s Favorite Fall Activity
We enjoy walking in the cool weather and sunshine on the beach with my kids looking at shells and the ocean.
