Happy hens lay better eggs.

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Al from FL and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I simply scrambled them with salt and pepper. The egg flavor seemed more intense.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
Happy animals tend to create better food, as they are not placed in distressed conditions.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I tend to make waffles for my family, and would anticipate that the improved freshness of the eggs would make those fluffier.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
I hosted a “singles only” Thanksgiving for others like me who did not have any family in the immediate area. It was nice to cook a full spread and have others share who would otherwise not have that option available.
The eggs had a more intense flavor because the hens were less stressed.
