Happy Hens, Happy Eggs
In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Michael from CO and here’s what he had to say:
Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.
A
I love eating Happy Eggs! I scramble them with some mozzarella cheese and butter in a frying pan. I have two every morning! They taste like most other name brand eggs.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?
A
Happy Eggs’ hen welfare is something I wasn’t aware of previously, but definitely plays a factor in my purchasing them again. They taste great and they actually are ‘happy’ eggs! I’m happy that the hens are happy.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?
A
Holidays mean baking, and baking means eggs! Cakes, cookies, muffins, and desserts will be great with Happy Eggs.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?
A
When I was 10, I remember my mom baking cookies on Christmas Eve, and we had hot chocolate with some of them before bed (terrible, I know). The hot chocolate was raspberry and the cookies were peanut butter; the flavors were amazing and it is one of my favorite holiday memories.
