Happy Hens…Happy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Kyle from GA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I simply scrambled three Happy Eggs together with some cheese in a pan. This is how I make all my Happy Eggs. They taste great!
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I’ve been aware of the horrible treatment these animals receive from the big industry and I do not agree with it. Even if we are going to grow these animals for food we should treat them with a high level of respect. I was not aware that cage free birds were still in a building under no light or that free range meant a small acre lot. I’m happy to know that Happy Eggs is going the extra mile and I hope they continue to do so.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I don’t bake for the seasons, but we do bake a lot of brownies and muffins which require eggs. The better the egg then the better the end result. I believe our baking could taste a little better using Happy Eggs.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
In general the best holiday memory is going on day vacations with my family during our time off on the holidays and seeing nature in the winter.

Happy Eggs’ products taste great and make you feel good because you are part of a proper solution for raising livestock humanely.
