Happy Hens, Happy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Jeremy from AZ and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
My favorite way to prepare eggs is to melt a little butter in the frying pan first. Then crack the eggs and fry them in the butter until the outer edges are crispy.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would definitely try the Banana French Toast. One because I am a huge banana fan and 2nd because I am a huge French toast fan and that sounds really, really good. I would make it at home for my family.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I think it’s really cool that companies are starting to care about the animal welfare. There is no need to be cruel to the animals. and also the health facts, like less risk for disease is obviously a positive benefit for everyone.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
I think it impacts communities because it gives jobs and money to local farmers, which is a huge deal for some people. He puts money back into the community and supports the community.
They look delicious!
