Happy Eggs Make The World Better

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Christopher from OR and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
My favorite way to prepare eggs is by frying them on the pan. I typically add pepper and salt, sometimes chili flakes. Someone else might like it as it’s a typical dish.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I’d go with the Banana French Toast since I like to try dessert like recipes for eggs. In addition, I often have extra bread so it would be a cheap easy dish.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I really care about which eggs I buy, I avoid caged eggs and Happy Eggs is very appealing to me, I fully endorse Happy Eggs commitment to free range hens.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
I think it’s a great idea to run small scale egg productions, it is more natural and less stressful for the animals. In addition, it can be of good benefit to small scale farmers who can make extra income.
Happy Eggs provide a plethora of wealth.
