Happy Eggs: Helping Animals And America's Small Businesses

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to William from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I like to make an omelet with tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms, cheese, and bacon bits. I think someone else would like it because I use all fresh ingredients.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would like to try the breakfast casserole and the deviled eggs recipes. The casserole recipe stands out to me because breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I like just about any kind of casserole! I would serve it to my family in the morning. The deviled eggs recipe stands out to me because I just like deviled eggs. I would serve it to my family and friends at get togethers, especially during the summer.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I like the idea of pasture-raised, free-range hens because it’s a more humane way to treat the animals while still providing us with the food we need.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
Anything we can do to support small family farms and businesses is a great thing. In today’s economic climate, it’s getting harder and harder for small business enterprises to compete with large corporate companies so whatever we can do to help the smaller companies is the right thing to do.
Happy Egg is doing its part to help the American people and the environment.
