Happy Eggs Helping America

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Malik from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
My favorite way to prepare an egg is over easy with a small amount of salt and pepper. My grandmother will love these eggs because they are cage free and from happy chickens.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would love to try the marmalade and banana french toast. I love french toast and it sounds like an amazing combination of flavor! I want to try this at home for my grandparents as a surprise breakfast!
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I am glad to hear that Happy Egg hens are not treated like many other farmed animals. I hope to see a great difference in the quality of the eggs due to the high standards of hen living. I appreciate Happy Egg’s effort to keep its hens happy!
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
Happy Egg’s business morals are something I can get behind. Supporting local farmers is the way to go. Our economy will see a boost as more companies like Happy Egg continue to help out Moms and Pops.

Keep up the great work Happy Egg; we need businesses like you!
